A full-day in-house workshop introduces the AARTO Act to the various role players in each company, business, partnership as well as to the individual.

The workshop exposes the delegate to the general principles and practical application of the AARTO Act in the workplace and as a road-user.
The AARTO process and the points demerit system is explained in different contexts.
Owners of business vehicles are informed of the various duties of their proxy and the consequences of failure to nominate the driver of their vehicle.
The role of the Road Traffic Infringement Authority and the Appeals Tribunal are discussed.
Practical scenarios will be demonstrated.

The training will be done by the facilitators, Mr. Schoeman and Dr. Kockott, at the business premises of the client alternatively at a venue provided for by AARTO Training Centre.

A certificate of attendance will be given to all delegates after completion of the course.

At the end of the workshops the delegates will be able to understand and apply the general principles of the AARTO Act adjudication process.
