The AARTO Training Centre offers a comprehensive accredited training workshop on the AARTO Act and the implications thereof.

Our facilitated in-person training workshops provide an interactive and engaging learning experience as set out in the course outline under AARTO Training Programme on our website.

 The workshop covers essential topics, including:

• In-depth understanding of AARTO legislation and procedural requirements.
• The AARTO process and points demerit system.
• Consequences of exceeding the maximum demerit points.
• Suspension /cancellation of licences.
• Duties of the proxy and consequences of failure to nominate the driver of the vehicle.
• Verification of drivers’ demerit points.
• Implications for fleet management, drivers, and all road users.
• Advice to businesses regarding the practical implementation to fleet management and drivers.
